What measures are in place due to COVID-19?

Innovation Amphitheater has taken measures to increase safety while visiting
our facility during the pandemic. We have implemented safety screens at
concessions, social distancing signage, operate under a reduced capacity,
trained staff on crowd flow and management, require temperature checks for
employees, and have increased our sanitation protocol. We are doing our best
to bring back the music in the safest way possible.

Is there a list of things Prohibited at shows?

The following items are prohibited at Innovation Amphitheater: Weapons of any
kind No bags, backpacks, briefcases, or purses larger than 14″ x 14″ x 6″.
Electronic devices larger than a cell phone (e.g. Laptops, iPads or other
tablets) Cameras with detachable lenses Video cameras, including GoPro cameras
and audio recording devices Selfie-sticks Signs on sticks or oversized signs
(no larger than 2′ x 3′) No coolers or outside food or beverage Smoking of any
kind, including but not limited to tobacco, vapor or e-cigarettes Illegal
drugs Laser pointers Mace or pepper spray Spiked or studded jewelry Full
facial coverings, like masks Apparel with explicit wording or pictures Crowd
Surfing Hoverboards Balloons Stickers Umbrellas Strollers Animals* *Service
animals are permitted. Innovation Amphitheater management reserves the right
to prohibit any item, including items not listed above, from entering the
premises based on any specific show requirements.

What does the Amphitheater look like?

Are there wheelchair accessible seats?

We have plenty of wheelchair accessible seating in the venue. We will even
escort you to the seating so that you won’t have to navigate the crowd.

Are shows rain or shine?

All shows, unless specifically indicated are rain or shine. So if it looks
like rain, bring a poncho to keep the fun going!

Will there be food and drinks available?

Yes, food and drinks are available! We partner with local businesses to bring
you several hot food options, as well as candies, snacks and beverages.

Will there be adult beverages sold at the venue?

Beer and wine are available for purchase, with the exception of our school
events and gospel shows.

Does it cost anything to park?

Yes, parking costs are $5, please be sure to bring cash. All parking proceeds
benefit SIMS Academy.

What is the difference between a Chair Seat and a Stadium Seat?

Our Chair Seats are plastic folding chairs placed on our lawn area. Stadium
seats are portable seats placed on the dividers between the rows of our lawn,
you often see these used at sporting events. We have long anticipated the
arrival of our stadium seats and are excited to bring them in this season!
