What measures are in place due to COVID-19?

Innovation Amphitheater has taken measures to increase safety while visiting
our facility during the pandemic. We have implemented safety screens at
concessions, social distancing signage, operate under a reduced capacity,
trained staff on crowd flow and management, require temperature checks for
employees, and have increased our sanitation protocol. We are doing our best
to bring back the music in the safest way possible.

Is there a list of things Prohibited at shows?

The following items are prohibited at Innovation Amphitheater:

Bags, backpacks and briefcases (See Clear Bag Policy)

Weapons, Mace/Pepper Spray, Laser Pointers

Spiked Jewelry, Full face coverings (i.e. Ski Masks), Apparel with obscene language or images, Illegal drugs

Laptops, Cameras with detachable lenses, Video cameras, GoPro cameras, Audio recording devices, Selfie-sticks Signs on sticks or oversized signs (no larger than 2′ x 3′), Balloons, Umbrellas

No coolers or outside food or beverage

Hoverboards, Skateboards, Bicycles, etc.

Pets – only Trained Service Animals may enter the facility

Innovation Amphitheater management reserves the right
to prohibit any item, including items not listed above, from entering the
premises based on any specific show requirements.

What does the Amphitheater look like?

Are there wheelchair accessible seats?

We are an accessible venue. The top row of our venue, Row 10, is at plaza level and our removable chairs make accommodating your party a breeze.

Are shows rain or shine?

All shows, unless specifically indicated are rain or shine. So if it looks
like rain, bring a poncho to keep the fun going!

Will there be food and drinks available?

Yes, food and drinks are available! We offer several hot food options, as well as candies, snacks and beverages.

Will there be adult beverages sold at the venue?

Beer and wine are available for purchase, with the exception of our school
events and gospel shows.

Does it cost anything to park?

Yes, parking costs are $5, please be sure to bring cash. All parking proceeds
benefit SIMS Academy.

What is the difference between a Chair Seat and a Wall Seat?

Our Chair Seats are plastic folding chairs located on the turf at our venue, these are found on Rows (2, 4, 6, 8, & 10). Wall Seats are situated on the concrete wall shown below (Rows 1, 3, 5, 7, & 9), customers purchasing a Wall Seat must be prepared to bring their own stadium chair or cushion. (An example of a stadium chair is below, it must be this style, as camping chairs, beach chairs, etc. are prohibited.)
